## Affected machines This bulletin covers two related CPSC recalls on the same **Toro Z Master Commercial 2000 Series** 74141 / 74143 / 74145 SKUs: - **CPSC 13-026** (November 27, 2012, initial): about 2,600 units (US) + 31 (Canada). If your serial begins with **313** it falls only under CPSC 13-187. ## Issue Both recalls describe **fuel-tank wear-through from a drivetrain component**: - **Traction drive belt** (CPSC 13-026): the belt rubs against the side of the fuel tank during normal operation, gradually wearing the tank wall thin until fuel begins to leak. - **Idler pulley** (CPSC 13-187): the idler pulley contacts the fuel tank, with the same wear-through outcome.
