Version 1.2 · Effective 2026-05-08 · Perkio Technology Group, LLC
Cookie Policy
Document type: Cookie Policy
Effective date: May 6, 2026
Version: v1.1
Operated by: Perkio Technology Group, LLC (jurisdiction: Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, USA)
1. Overview
This Cookie Policy explains how Tractornuity, operated by Perkio Technology Group, LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies (collectively, "cookies") on our websites and web applications. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. We also use related technologies such as local storage, session storage, and pixels; for simplicity we refer to all of these as "cookies" in this policy.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required to operate the Service securely. They cannot be disabled. They include:
• Authentication: short-lived access tokens and longer-lived refresh tokens that keep you signed in.
• Session integrity: cookies used to bind your session to your device and to detect tampering.
• Security: rate-limiting and abuse-prevention identifiers.
• Consent state: a cookie that records your cookie-consent choices so we do not ask you on every page.
• Affiliate attribution: when you arrive via an affiliate referral link, a cookie remembers the referring code so the affiliate can be credited if you sign up.
2.2 Functional cookies
These cookies remember choices you make to improve your experience, such as your timezone preference and which entity you last viewed (when you belong to more than one).
2.3 Analytics cookies
We use a small set of analytics signals to understand how the Service is used in aggregate (for example, which features are most used and where errors occur). Analytics cookies are only set where you have consented, and we configure them to minimize the data collected.
2.4 Advertising cookies
Free-tier accounts may see advertising. Where required, we ask for your consent before setting advertising cookies, including those used by advertising networks such as Google AdSense. Examples of advertising cookies that may be set on the free tier include __gads and __gpi (Google Ad Manager / AdSense, used for ad delivery and frequency capping) and IDE (DoubleClick, used for measurement and ad personalization where consent allows). We use Consent Mode v2 signals to communicate your choices to advertising partners. Paid-tier accounts do not see third-party advertising and do not have advertising cookies set. For full details on how Google uses advertising cookies on Tractornuity, see Section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
3. How We Ask for Consent
On your first visit to a public page, we display a cookie-consent banner with options to accept all, reject non-essential, or customize your choices by category. Strictly necessary cookies are always set; all other categories are off by default until you opt in.
You can change your choices at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page.
4. Cookies Set by Third Parties
Some cookies are set by third parties acting either as our service providers or, in the case of advertising networks, as independent controllers of certain data. These may include:
• Stripe: fraud prevention and payment-flow cookies during checkout.
• Google, Microsoft, Apple: authentication cookies during sign-in flows when you choose those providers.
• Google AdSense (free tier only, with consent): advertising and measurement cookies, including __gads, __gpi, IDE, and other cookies that Google sets to deliver, frequency-cap, and measure ads. Google's full description of these cookies is available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
Each third party manages cookies it sets on your device under its own privacy and cookie policies.
5. How Long Cookies Last
Cookie lifetimes vary by purpose:
• Session cookies: expire when you close your browser.
• Authentication cookies: access tokens are short-lived (typically 15 minutes); refresh tokens last up to 30 days and rotate on use.
• Affiliate attribution cookies: up to 45 days from your last visit, depending on the affiliate program configuration.
• Consent cookie: up to 12 months, after which we will ask again.
• Analytics and advertising cookies: as set by the relevant provider, typically up to 13 months.
6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
Most browsers let you view, delete, and block cookies. Doing so may affect functionality of the Service (for example, blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from staying signed in). Helpful documentation:
• Chrome: chrome://settings/cookies
• Edge: edge://settings/content/cookies
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
• Safari: Settings → Privacy
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Our cookie banner is the primary way to set your preferences. We aim to honor recognized signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) for advertising-cookie opt-outs in jurisdictions where this is required.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as we add or change features. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or in-product notice. The "Effective date" above will reflect the latest version. A version log is maintained inside the Service.
