We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. • Communications: support requests, feedback, and other messages you send us. 2.2 Information collected automatically • Device and connection data: IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and language preference. • Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, referring URLs, and basic interaction events needed to operate and secure the Service. • Security events: login successes and failures, password resets, and other events used to protect your account, with the IP address of the request. • Cookies and similar technologies: see the Cookie Policy for details. 2.3 Information from third parties • Identity providers: when you sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Apple, we receive a verified email address and a stable account identifier from that provider. • Payment processor: Stripe sends us subscription status, invoice metadata, and a customer reference. • Affiliate referrals: if you arrived via an affiliate link, we receive an attribution identifier so we can credit the referring affiliate. 3. How We Use Information We use personal information to: • Provide, maintain, and secure the Service, including authenticating you and protecting accounts; • Generate maintenance reminders, surface matching recall and service bulletins, and produce service-history reports; • Process subscriptions, payments, and refunds; • Communicate with you about your account, transactional notifications, and important changes to the Service or these policies; • Improve and develop the Service, including measuring feature usage in aggregate; • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms; • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents. 4. Legal Bases (where applicable) Where data-protection law requires us to identify a legal basis (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR), we rely on: • Contract: to provide the Service you requested. • Legitimate interests: to keep the Service secure, prevent fraud, and improve the product. • Consent: for non-essential cookies, marketing communications, and personalized advertising (where required). • Legal obligation: to comply with applicable law. 5. Sharing of Information We do not sell personal information. We share it only as described below: • Within your entity: data you contribute to an entity is visible to other members of that entity according to their role. • Service providers ("processors"): we share data with vendors who help us operate the Service under contract, including Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Amazon Web Services (hosting), and our identity providers (Google, Microsoft, Apple) when you choose to use them. • Advertising partners: Free-tier accounts may see advertising provided by third-party advertising networks. Paid-tier accounts do not see third-party advertising on authenticated pages. We currently use the following advertising network: Google AdSense. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on Tractornuity. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to Tractornuity and other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings at https://www.google.com/settings/ads. For more information about how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, see https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Google's policies regarding the use of advertising cookies are described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. Where consent is required by law, we will only share data with advertising partners after you have consented through our cookie-consent controls. You can change your consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the page footer. • Legal and safety: we may disclose information when we believe in good faith it is required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public. • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred subject to a confidentiality undertaking and continued protection consistent with this policy. 6. Data Retention We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except for data we must retain for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or backup-recovery purposes. Backups are rotated on a regular schedule. 7. Security We use a layered approach to security: encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest for sensitive secrets, row-level security at the database layer to prevent cross-entity access, separate database roles for application, migration, and cleanup duties, rate limiting on sensitive endpoints, and security event logging. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law. 8. International Transfers We are based in the United States and we (and our service providers) may process information in the United States and in other countries. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers. 9. Your Rights and Choices Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: • Access the personal information we hold about you; • Correct inaccurate information; • Delete your account and associated personal information, subject to legal retention obligations; • Export a copy of your data in a portable format; • Object to or restrict certain processing, including direct marketing; • Withdraw consent (for example, for non-essential cookies) at any time; • Lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority where you live. You can exercise most of these rights from your account settings, or by contacting us at the address in Section 14. 10. U.S. State Privacy Rights Residents of certain U.S. states (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and others as laws come into effect) may have additional rights, such as the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Where state law treats serving third-party advertising as "sharing," you may opt out via the cookie-consent controls described in our Cookie Policy. 11. Children The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it. 12. Demo Data The public demo experience uses a fictional entity ("Whispering Dane Farm") and synthetic data. No real user information is included in demo content. 13. Changes to this Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or in-product notice, and the "Effective date" above will reflect the latest version. A version log is maintained inside the Service. 14.
