## Issue
The mower's **blade can break** during operation, posing a laceration / injury hazard to the operator and bystanders.
This recall is a **sister to the Exmark Commercial 30 recall** (TNB02600071) — both mowers were built in the same Mexico facility and share the 30-inch deck and blade design. The two recalls were announced jointly in December 2013.
Reported field incidents at recall time:
- 10 reports of blades breaking
- 0 injuries
## What to do
1. Find the model and serial number on the decal above the left rear tire on the engine base.
2. Confirm the model number is **20199**, **20200**, or **22200**, and the serial number falls within the corresponding range above.
3. If your mower is in scope, **stop using it immediately**.
4. Contact Toro at (855) 340-7686 Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CT, or online at https://www.toro.com — click on "Product Recall Information" at the bottom of the page.
5. Free Toro dealer repair (replacement blade).
## Hazard
Severity is rated **warning** because the hazard is real and confirmed (10 blade-break reports) but no injuries had been reported at recall time. Owners should still treat this as urgent given the laceration risk if a blade breaks during operation.
