## Affected machines This bulletin covers **all model year 2016 through 2019 Honda Pioneer 1000** Side-by-Side vehicles. The recalled vehicles were sold in red, blue, green, gray, and yellow. The model name and VIN are in the standard Pioneer 1000 locations. ## Issue The **throttle pedal can stick in the open position**, preventing the driver from reducing power. With the throttle stuck open, the vehicle continues to accelerate uncommanded, posing a crash hazard. Reported field incidents at time of recall: - 15 reports of the throttle pedal sticking in the open position - 6 crashes - Reported injuries: 1 concussion, 1 broken nose ## What to do 1. Identify the model year (2016-2019) and verify the VIN against Honda's published affected list. 2. **Stop using the ROV immediately.** 3. Contact an authorized Honda Powersports dealer to schedule a free inspection and repair. 4.
